Responsabilités :

Comptes clients

• Organisation de la relance clients dans le logiciel ELOFICASH, analyse des balances âgées
• Appels téléphoniques, collecte des données de contact clients.
• Lettrage des comptes clients dans SAP S4/HANA
• Suivi des litiges et des postes de clients douteux
• En binôme : préparation et dépôt de remises de chèques clients
• Préparation des dossiers de justification des éléments relatifs aux comptes clients dans le cadre des audits.

Reporting (en backup)

• Préparation des explications sur l’évolution des postes clients en vue de l’élaboration du reporting financier
• Calcul du DSO

Compétences techniques 

• Techniques comptables
• Bonne connaissance Excel
• Anglais opérationnel
• ERP Comptable

Formation et experience :

• Formation minimum Bac+2 (comptabilité, gestion)
