Broad Overview

The Packaging Coordinator interfaces with the Demand and Supply planning team, Regulatory affairs, Quality Assurance and Project Management departments and all other groups required to bring the end to end process to completion within Operations.

As Packaging Coordinator , some of your responsibilities will include :

• coordinates the implementation and approval of all new and modified printed packaging materials
• ensures that each creation or change including printed packaging items is started and executed in compliance with Regulatory and Quality processes
• manages relationships with graphic agencies, CMOs, or any other external stakeholders in addition to internal departments (Supply Chain, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial)
• coordinates launch and switch with the whole Supply Chain department ensures a control with CMOs related to the risk of write-off and cost for a change to be implemented.

To be successful in this role, you should :

• Minimum 2 or 3 years of higher education
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Rigorous, Organized and accountable
• Pharmaceutical products environment (GMPs and GDPs)
• Fluent in English
