Broad Overview
This position will be responsible for New Product Launch and Health Care Professional marketing activities for Bentracimab FDA Breakthrough indications to establish Bentracimab as a standard of care in the Hospital Acute Care Pathways.
As Sr. Manager, Marketing your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and execution of HCP marketing programs to ensure successful Bentracimab commercialization in the Hospital setting.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Medical, Legal and Regulatory to build and implement integrated medical / marketing platform and initiatives.
- Develop and manage impactful brand and marketing communications programs, which support key corporate initiatives and market development efforts.
- Plan and implement campaigns which integrate all appropriate marketing tactics, including digital, mobile applications and other new methods that augment traditional marketing tactics.
- Identify and turn physician/brand insights into actionable programs that have a beneficial impact on the growth of the business.
- Support key business functions across the business (e.g., HCP educational programs, patient access programs, speaker’s bureau etc.).
- Drives the execution of a Global Marketing Strategy as well as action plans for sales force aligned activities.
- Proactively collaborate and strategize with Commercial teams to ensure alignment and develop national and regionally relevant, robust marketing and promotional programs.
- Develop Bentracimab positioning in each segment and support value proposition, messaging platform and corporate brand architecture.
- Engage and manage partner agencies with corresponding expenditures within budget.
- Communicate brand and marketing strategy to the organization, ensuring consistency across all customer touch points. Frequent interactions and presentations with the Leadership Team.
- Scope and incorporate appropriate customer insights into campaign development and decision-making process.
- Develop and champion SERB/BTG brand to ensure it is consistently and meaningfully represented by all internal stakeholders, across all customer touch points.
- Develop and/or evolve department operational procedures and processes that foster effective communications.
- Establish metrics and track program effectiveness and ROI.
- Own the financial management of the brand through development and monitoring of budgets and provision of timely and accurate physical, financial, and accounting reports to accomplish product development and commercialization within established objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology, preferably in the Hospital setting
- New product launch experience
- Cardiovascular, Stroke or Surgery Therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Knowledge of biopharma product development and commercial / clinical development integration
- Demonstrated track record of success in the critical care area.
- Solid acumen around all functions that are integral to successfully evaluating potential opportunities (R&D, regulatory, commercial, financial, manufacturing, legal, etc.).
- Proven experience managing complex marketing operations processes (Promotional Material Review, Brand Planning, Market Research, CRM Management etc.).
- Strong understanding of related aspects of marketing concepts and principles; personal and non-personal
- Possess the ability and desire to measure and track performance and success of programs/initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Market research experience to support, product attributes, positioning and attitude, trial and usage (ATU) reporting.
- New product planning and in-line brand marketing experience, including commercial launch.
- Proven ability to influence in cross-functional settings a must.
- A strong communicator, able to confidently present findings to top level executives as well as able to represent the commercial perspective to senior members within different functions of the organization.
- Strong influencing ability to generate commitment and constructively resolve issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional projects in a fast-paced, consensus style environment.
- Experience managing outside agencies (medical/creative/media), design firms, and internal teams to execute brand and strategic marketing direction.
