Broad Overview

The Head of Marketing for Cardiology will lead the development and execution of the brand strategy, creative vision, tactical plans, and performance measurement for the launch of Bentracimab. This groundbreaking therapy is a potential first-in-class reversal agent for the antiplatelet effects of ticagrelor, a P2Y12 inhibitor commonly prescribed to reduce the risk of clots, strokes, or myocardial infarction (MI). While ticagrelor is effective, it poses a bleeding risk for patients requiring urgent surgery or those experiencing traumatic injuries. Bentracimab addresses this challenge by reversing ticagrelor's antiplatelet activity within 5-10 minutes, quickly restoring hemostasis and improving patient outcomes.
