We are looking for a talented International BI Manager to join our Global Marketing teams located in Paris.

 

In General, the International Business Intelligence Manager role will be :

 

The International BI Manager will be responsible for all data relating to Group and country sales, product performance monitoring and analysis, CRM coordination, and business intelligence. He/she will be in charge of performing consolidations of sales figures, providing marketing and commercial teams with accurate and timely reports, and adding levels of insights, analyses and granularity. In addition, he/she will source external data through various channels (vendors, database, market research, freely available information…) and provide insights to teams on a regular basis.

On top of this, he/she will be in charge of ensuring the effectiveness of the company’s CRM tool, and work closely with global and affiliate teams to provide ongoing support with tool and generate regular reports to increase sales force effectiveness. Finally, the International BI Manager will support all commercial functions of the organization (CCO, Commercial, Market Access, …) with insights, data, and analyses.

 

 

 

 

As International BI Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

 

 

1.    Commercial Excellence
In charge of running the company’s CRM system: central point of contact with provider, support of KAMs/MSL/Country Managers with the tool usage, including issues solving, generation of reports.
Lead of monthly performance dashboards generation, ensure accuracy and relevance of data and insights, identify alternate sources of data potentially able to reinforce pertinence of tool, bring new ideas to improve existing reports.
In charge of weekly / monthly  reconciliation of sales for key products of the portfolio, ensure accuracy of data,  provide robust insights based on overall knowledge of environment as well as BI insights.

 

2.    Business Intelligence / Market Researches
Support HQ teams with development of market researches: identification and coordination of service providers, support of teams with objectives setting, strategic approaches, development of interview guides. Bring own Market Research skills to further increase relevance of insights collected.
Search for insights on company’s products and environemment through regular review of pharma news. 
Communicate regular insights to teams. 
Permanent navigation through sales databases (MIDAS, Internal Sources, …) aiming at informing about changes of trends regarding portfolio assets or markets.  

 

3.    Subteam lead
Lead internal Commercial Excellence Network: cross-functional network aiming at increasing Sales Force Effectiveness through best practices and idea generation meetings. 

 

4.    Support teams with ad-hoc requests
On-the-go involvement on requests from various team members (affiliate and export teams, HQ, Market Access, Commercial, CCO, M&A, …), involving consolidation of numbers, market analyses, report generation, …

 

5.    Data-driven mindset
Support team with its transformation to become more data-centric and reinforce its analytic mindset.

Technical skills


Comprehnsive knowledge of the Commercial Excellence environment. 
Strong skills with Power BI, IQVIA MIDAS, Veeva CRM and Vault systems.
An extensive knowledge of the EU market and local databases would be a plus.  
Working knowledge of commercial contracts and operating within a Quality Management System. 
Understanding of commercial finance preferred. 
Sales and figure-driven individual, able to drive interest of teams and impact business based on insights and input. 
Creative and curious, able to to gather relevant data or market insights through multiple channels
Strong cross-functional working skills and strong influencer, able to communicate findings and insights to both HQ and affiliate team members. 
Customer focused, both external and internal, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business relationships adapting to the needs of the customer

Education and experiences


Pharmacy or Scientific background, with a Business Degree.
Project management accreditation (Prince2 or equivalent) 
4-5 years’ experience in a Commercial Excellence Team in a pharmaceutical company. 
Contract management experience 
Background in business-to-business partner management desirable

Home Office 2 days per week
