We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager located in Sweden (or Denmark) to join our team and cover the Nordics.

 

In General, the Key Account Manager role will be :

 

  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for the key accounts maintaining and develope a long-term relationship with KOL and relevant stakeholders, accounts, hospital centers and buying groups in the Nordic region(Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark).
  • The Key Account Manager will actively work towards development and growth of the assigned  Serb product portfolio in the region
  • Ensure the right level of product/disease knowledge to be able to support the relevant stakeholders at all time
  • Keep track of, for the position, relevant internal and external rules and regulation and follow theme
  • Business Planning & Analysis in the Nordic Region
    • Sales & Market plans, monthly reports, travel expense reports and CRM reports
    • Assist with development of a business-plan with short, medium & long term objectives, in line with the regional and corporate business objectives to drive future business opportunities for the product portfolio
    • Business Intelligence reports, tracking & analysis of local market

 

As Key Account manager Nordics (Onco-Hematology), some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  •  “Day-to-day” activities and Implementation of local Plans
    • Carry out planned programs for the promotion assigned product lines (including new products) and the assigned territory by direct contact with clients
    • Develop & maintain a territory databaseof all contacts for each relevant product
    • Participate and maintain a territory database of all contacts for each relevant product
    • Participate in medical/pharmaceutical events (congresses symposia, seminars)
    • Obtain and provide information on the properties of promotional products
    • Adapt HQ provided marketing material to local rules and get it approved according to internal and external rules & regulations
    • Along with Marketing & Medical departments, help & implement KOL meetings plus Advocacy & Peer to Peer programs
    • Effectively utilise all relevant internal & external resources
    • Responsibility for establishing & maintaining high knowledge levels of customer base, key decision makers and key account units

 

  • Administration
    • KOL & Ad boards : Support Marketing & Medical to ensure these are effective and well attended
    • Conduct company administration in a timely manner

 

  • Financial (limits/mandates)
    • Make promotional spend decisions under the assigned limits, marketing targets, company procedures and the pharmaceutical law(s)
    • Bufget for projects & activities on territory to be agreed by the commercial director

 

  • Compliance
    • Maintain an understanding of Group’s working practices, and SOPs
    • Responsible for maintaining a minimum level of Company standards
      • Adhere to the relevant national or local code of Practice, medicine act and associated company policies
      • Behave ethically & with integrity at all times
      • Act as an ambassador for Serb following SERB company values & visitor guidelines

Technical skills

 

  • Previous knowledge and expertise of disease areas mandatory  (oncology/hematology/neurology/supportive therapies)
  • Sound knowledge of hospital business
  • Previous specialty pharma sales experience with a proven track recordStrong presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to contact new and existing stakeholders, within existing and new medicine areas to build and develop long term relations
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid driving licences (B)

 

Soft Skills

 

  • Clear and concise communication skills

  • Well-organized, good team player, problem -solving approach
  • Self-motivator with strong organizational skills

Education and experiences

 

  • At least 5 years working experience in the pharmaceutical within Hematology or Oncology
  • Experience of working in a small to medium sized Pharma Company
  • Able to deliver high standard of customer service by putting the customer and patient at the heart of everything you do.
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring own work/life balance.

Location

 

  • Homeoffice, Nordics (preferably Sweden or Denmark - 1h maximum from an international airport)
  • Business travel expected ~70% of time
