We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager located in Spain to join our team.

 

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Key Account Manager is responsible for the key accounts (hospital centers and buying groups) maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them within his/her perimeter.

 

In General, the Key Account Manager role will be :

  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts at assigned territory, maintaining a longterm relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them
  • To position the SERB product portfolio (current and future, as defined by the management team) within relevant national and regional guidelines/protocols and formularies as required
  • To leverage Key Opinion Leaders and relevant stakeholders (in conjunction with Medical and Marketing) to positively influence sales potential, future guidelines, funding, positioning of products and ensure implementation of peer to peer/advocacy programs
  • To help devise and implement financial impact models, market access programmes, hospital experience programmes to improve and advance the usage of the product portfolio
  • Through market access activities ensure all potential patients have access to SERB promoted products
  • Communicating adverse effects of medicines in accordance with the corporate procedure.

 

 

As Key Account manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Promote and find new clients for SERB products                                                           
  • Carry out programs for the promotion of assigned product lines (including new products) on the assigned territory by direct contact with clients
  • Leverage key national and regional experts to positively position SERB product portfolio within current and future guidelines and protocols
  • Implementation of Peer to Peer/Advocacy programs
  • Responsibility for establishing and maintaining high knowledge levels of customer base, key decision-makers and key account units
  • Maximise sales potential and market share
  • Business plans
  • Strategic Contacts and Marketing Intelligence
  • Keeping the Management team fully updated with field developments, national opinion and forums that could impact current and future product positioning and sales potential
  • Responsible for ensuring that a high level of product, therapy area and competitor knowledge, is learned and retained
  • Responsible for maintaining minimum Company standards

  • Computer literacy (MS Office and iOS on Apple devices)
  • Fully valid driving licence

  • Self organised, self-reliant, creative

 

Education and experiences

  •  Education: University level necessary; pharmaceutical, medical, or similar faculty are welcome
  • Previous knowledge and experience of disease areas preferred (rare diseases, surgery, cancer supportive therapies)
  • Previous speciality pharma sales experience with a proven track record
