The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of SERB's Australia and New Zealand operations. You will lead commercial growth, develop market opportunities, strengthen key partnerships, and build a high-performing team while ensuring the business continues to operate to the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Driving Business Growth

Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for Australia and New Zealand.

Identify and capture new market opportunities across hospitals, healthcare providers, pharmacy channels, and distribution networks.

Deliver sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.

Monitor market trends, healthcare policy changes, reimbursement environments, and competitive activity to inform business decisions.
Leading Commercial Success

Build and execute annual business plans, sales objectives, and operating budgets.

Strengthen relationships with healthcare customers, hospital procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

Support product access initiatives that improve patient access to critical medicines.

Ensure strong distributor performance and effective market coverage across Australia and New Zealand.
Building Strategic Partnerships
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with:
