Broad Function

Reporting to the Site Director, Australia this role will need to communicate effectively with all employees, landlords, visitors and contractors. Must be willing to be hands on in all aspects of running the office which can include setting up the conference and meeting rooms, ensuring canteen supplies are kept at agreed levels, provide travel coordination support, support preparation of payroll processing and provide administrative support to key stakeholders on both sites (as required).

Principle Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming calls through the main switchboard; transfer calls and ensure that accurate telephone messages are taken and distributed whilst ensuring that all queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner. 
  • Host on site visitors, in a professional manner, ensure Security and EH&S procedures are adhered to
  • Provide support to the EHS function, which includes engaging with EHS committees, ensure EHS policies, procedures and forms are sent out for review in accordance with company document review timelines
  • Ensuring that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with Serb values
 

Education and Experience

  • Proven administrative experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) essential.
  • Extensive experience of arranging business travel and of a front of house role.
