Broad Overview
Disclaimer: This role is located inside a production facility where snakes are kept.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Facilities Administrator to support the maintenance of a structured, compliant, and well-managed working environment at our Salt Lake City facility. This site is responsible for the production of CroFab®, a life-saving antivenom treatment for venomous snake envenomation.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across both Facilities and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) functions, working closely with the Facilities & Laboratory Supervisor and the Senior EHS Manager.
As Site Operations & EHS Admin, your responsibilities will include:
Facilities Support:
- Coordinate the procurement of site supplies and consumables, ensuring timely availability
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure critical stock levels are consistently met
- Support overall site organisation, housekeeping, and workplace standards
- Raise, log, and track IT and equipment-related service requests through to resolution
- Coordinate and organise incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking and documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to support efficient site operations
- Support the management of site assets and equipment registers
- Assist in coordinating planned maintenance and servicing activities
- Monitor and replenish critical operational and safety supplies (e.g. PPE, lab consumables)
- Ensure all Facilities activities are delivered in a structured, efficient, and compliant manner, supporting overall site performance.
- Maintain laboratory waste records, ensuring accurate logging, classification, segregation, and traceability of waste streams, and coordinate disposal in full compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and site procedures.
EHS Support:
- Maintain and update EHS documentation, records, and systems
- Support site compliance activities, including documentation control and record keeping
- Assist with ensuring adherence to OSHA requirements and internal EHS standards
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of housekeeping, storage, and workplace organisation
- Undertaking site safety tours
- Maintain and administer the EHS incident reporting system, including data entry, action tracking, and closure monitoring
- Generate weekly and monthly EHS performance reports (incidents, near misses, actions, inspections)
- Track overdue actions and follow up with action owners
- Maintain registers for inspections, permits, and compliance activities, ensuring all records are current, complete, and audit-ready.
- Support the administration, formatting, and tracking of risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and associated actions to ensure ongoing compliance and review.
- Act as a central coordination point for EHS and Facilities activities on site, ensuring actions, records, and compliance requirements are effectively tracked and communicated.
Reporting Structure
The role will report operationally to the Facilities & Laboratory Supervisor, with a functional reporting line to the Senior EHS Manager – Internal Manufacturing (UK). This structure supports alignment with global EHS governance and ensures consistent application of OSHA compliance requirements, documentation standards, and site-wide best practices.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
- High School Diploma
- Formal EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) qualifications are preferred – if no qualification willingness to undertake business funded EHS/OSHA courses is mandatory
- Strong communication skills able to work amongst a team environment
- Organization skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment
- Flexibility with an open mindset to learn new skills in the workplace and take on challenging tasks as needed
- Able to take accountability for their own action
